2) To enter, follow the competition’s online entry requirements above. Please ensure details entered are correct before clicking SUBMIT. Missing information will invalidate your entry. You must be 18 years of age or over to enter.
3) Winner will be selected at random.
4) The Competition Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value. All prize elements are subject to availability.
5) Redan Publishing reserves the right to terminate a promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
6) The Competition Sponsor is responsible for dispatch of the prizes.
7) No cash alternative is offered. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
8) Travel and accommodation is NOT included with the prize.
9) Prize winner will receive redeemable codes for the Merlin Gold Annual Passes. These prize codes MUST be redeemed by 31st December 2024.

Gold Merlin Annual Pass:
1) The Gold Merlin Annual Pass entitles the holder to admission to the attractions for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. The Gold Pass is your Passport to the biggest and best attractions in the UK, giving you over 340 days of entry to the attractions – see www.merlinannualpass.co.uk for full list of attractions and restricted/exclusion dates.
2) Entry is always subject to availability. Book in advance to guarantee entry – especially when visiting during peak periods i.e. school holidays and bank holidays. For further details please check the attraction websites for information on their operating hours and when theme parks are closed for maintenance.

4) A Gold Pass entitles the holder to admission to the attractions for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and is subject to the operating calendars of each attraction and any applicable exclusion dates. Seasonal attraction operating hours and exclusion dates apply.
