When will my first issue arrive?

It may take up to 6 weeks for the first issue to arrive. Your order confirmation will state when the first issue is due to be received.

When will my next issue arrive?

After you receive the first issue of your magazine subscription, following issues will be delivered according to the magazine frequency.

My magazine has not arrived?

Unfortunately magazines do get lost in the post from time to time, especially when mailed to overseas destinations.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription and you’re paying by Direct Debit please contact Customer Services. Additionally please ensure you contact your bank to make the necessary change. This will ensure the magazine will stop being sent at the end of the current subscription period and also to ensure further payments will be stopped.

Subscriptions purchased by Debit/Credit card will stop automatically after the last issue in your subscription is sent out. You can renew your subscription by logging in to your account.

Covermounted gifts

To offer our readers great savings and plastic-free magazines, subscription copies do not include the covermount gifts that you see on copies sold in shops.

How do I renew my subscription?

If you have not subscribed via Direct Debit (UK Only) then you can renew your subscription by logging in to your account.

Who are Intermedia Brand Marketing

Intermedia Brand Marketing is the company appointed by Redan Publishing Ltd to manage the subscription services. This includes customer services, payments and billing.

Intermedia will appear on bank statements for your magazine subscription rather than I know! magazine or Redan Publishing Ltd.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

UK customers have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit to a 3 issue trial subscription and a year long subscription. As a Direct Debit is a continuous payment method, you are in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal notices.

Are online payments secure?

Yes. We use encryption to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.

Log in to your account

Go to Manage My Account and enter your email address and password. If you don’t have your password or you’ve forgotten it just click Reset the password and you’ll be sent a new one.

Update your address

If you need to change your address please log into your account on the magazine’s website using your surname and customer account/subscriber number.

Payments
All prices are correct at the time they are given.  Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already paid.

Payments are taken using PayPal. If you not have a PayPal account you can choose to pay by Debit or Credit card during the checkout process.

Shipping
We only ship single issues to the UK and Eire.

We endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, but we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Please allow 5 – 7 days for delivery. Items are sent out by Royal Mail second class post.

Refunds
You must return all items that you have received to us with the original packaging unopened within seven days of notifying us, and at your own cost and risk. Returned issues must include order details, i.e. name, address and order number, in the package and should be sent to the address noted at the end of these terms and conditions.

Please note that we do not accept returns for opened mailed out single issue copies.

If any publication is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we may offer an exchange or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.  If you believe a publication was delivered damaged or faulty, you must promptly inform us in writing by emailing orders@redan.com, giving us your name, address and order number.

Privacy Information
When you purchase a single issue from the website, you will need to provide us with certain personal information to enable us to process your order.

Any personal information which you provide to us when you purchase a single issue must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use when purchasing.

Age of consent
Although you may be able to our website if you are under 16, please note that we do not sell items to under 16s. All items must be purchased by an adult of 16 or over using their own account details.

By submitting an order, you are confirming to us that you are 16 or over.

If we discover or are of the opinion that you are not legally entitled to order, we shall be entitled to cancel the order without notice to you.

Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you agree that any dispute between us regarding them or the website will only be dealt with by the English courts, provided that, if you are a consumer and not a business user and live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will govern and any dispute will only be dealt with by the courts there.  Nothing shall prevent us from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.

If any part of provision of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. We may assign these terms and conditions or any rights hereunder without your consent or notice.

These terms and conditions supersede any previous versions.
