A. What information will Redan Publishing collect about me?

Redan Publishing’s websites use cookies and collect IP addresses.

When you sign up to receive a service from a Redan Publishing website or social media platform, we may ask for personal information about you. B. How will Redan Publishing use the information they collect about me?

i. Website data

We use Google Analytics to look at IP addresses and cookies to collect information about visitor behaviour on our websites. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. This Analytics data is collected via a JavaScript tag in the pages of our site and is not tied to personally identifiable information.  We therefore do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address). The data we have cannot be used to identify who you are.

ii. Where you have chosen to supply your personal data to receive a service

Redan Publishing will use your personal information solely in order to fulfil the express purpose for which you provided this data.

If Redan Publishing proposes to use this data for any other purpose, we will contact you first and seek your express and explicit consent to this new use. You will be given the opportunity to withhold or withdraw your consent.

C. When will Redan Publishing contact me?

Will I be contacted for marketing purposes?
Redan Publishing won’t contact you for marketing purposes, or promote new services to you unless you specifically agree to be contacted for these purposes.

We use MailChimp as our email automation platform. By clicking below to submit this form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

D. Will Redan Publishing share my personal information with anyone else?

Redan Publishing will not rent, swap or sell your personal information to other organisations.

We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies) or as described in paragraph 2 below. Generally, we will only use your information within Redan Publishing. However, sometimes Redan Publishing uses third parties to process your information. Redan Publishing will require these third parties to comply strictly with its instructions and Redan Publishing will require that they do not use your personal information for their own business purposes.

Where you contribute to Redan Publishing’s websites we will generally only keep your content for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose(s) for which it was submitted.

2. Offensive or inappropriate content on Redan Publishing’s websites

If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on Redan Publishing’s websites or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on Redan Publishing’s websites, we may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
