Gallery Image Submission Terms and Conditions

Please do NOT include any personal details on the image you wish to submit as we will not be able to add this image to the public gallery.
Submitted drawings and crafts will be visible in the gallery once the images have been approved – Please note this can take up to 48 hours. If the image has not been published in the gallery after this period, it is likely the image has not met the approval criteria.
Personal details provided with the submission will not be used for any other purpose, unless you have given us permission or opted-in to receive the newsletter. Submissions sent to Redan Publishing Ltd indicate consent to publish the child’s first name, age, last name initial, and photo if supplied, in print, on our website, social media pages and in our newsletters. All submissions must be sent with the consent of a parent or guardian. Submissions will be held for a maximum of 24 months, after which time, all data will be deleted. If you wish for your submission to be deleted before this time, please contact us. Individuals have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if they believe there is a problem with the way their data has been handled.
