Any restrictions on delivery locations are as stated on the website.

Subscription copies do not come with the covermounted gift.

 

Subscription General Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions, which Redan Publishing Ltd will sell you subscriptions to our printed publications (subscriptions).

Your purchase of any subscriptions bought online via the website, over the telephone, or by email, is subject to these terms and conditions and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase any subscriptions.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on the website. By continuing to purchase subscriptions you accept these changes and agree to be bound by them. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you purchase a subscription from us.

We may offer special offers or promotions from time to time for our subscriptions which may either be published on the website, on our social media platforms, or in our magazines. These may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be published with those offers.
Some offers may not be available to existing subscribers.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

The number of issues you will receive as part of your subscription will be the number described to you during the order process. This may or may not be the same as the total number of issues of that publication available during your subscription period.

We reserve the right to withdraw any subscriptions offered at any time. For example, this may be due to ceasing to publish a magazine.

Where you have paid us for a subscription and we have withdrawn subscriptions or a publication, we will offer you an alternative subscription or a full refund for any advance payments relating to unfulfilled subscriptions.

We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any subscription from the website or a publication or for refusing to accept an order.

 

The Website and How To Order Subscriptions

The publisher’s website is www.redan.co.uk

redan.imbmsubscriptions.com is the subscriptions section of the website controlled by Intermedia Brand Marketing  Ltd, which allows you to purchase and access your subscription.

Once you have subscribed, you can choose to register. If you do register, you can access your subscription records, amend your address details and renew your subscription using your customer details.

Your Customer Number will be on any subscription confirmation correspondence. If you cannot find your customer details please get in touch.

In registering, you will be providing certain personal information to us. These details will not be used for any other purposes unless you have opted-in to receive communications from us.

 

Purchasing a Subscription

1) Purchase a subscription on the website:

  1. Go to www.redan.co.uk/subscribe
  2. Select which magazine you would like to subscribe to
  3. Select the subscription you wish to purchase
  4. Click ‘Buy Now’
  5. After adding a subscription, you will automatically be taken to the ‘Cart’. You can continue shopping or “Proceed To Checkout” (as appropriate). You can review your cart at any time to remove subscriptions or alter the number of subscriptions that you are buying by clicking on the “Cart” menu option.  You will be given the chance to review your order to check that it is accurate before you place your order.
  6. Complete your details and those of the recipient (if different) of the subscription and the free gift (if appropriate).
  7. Select the appropriate ‘Contact Preferences’
  8. Make payment for the subscription which can be made using the payment methods specified on the website and which include by Credit or Debit Card or Direct Debit.

 

2) Purchase a subscription over the telephone:

To purchase a subscription by telephone please call +(0)1293 312210 (standard call rate). Your call will be handled by Intermedia Brand Marketing, our subscription management service provider.
You will be asked what subscription you would like to order and to provide your name, address, email address and payment details. Telephone lines are open from 9am-5pm Monday – Friday (UK time and excluding bank holidays).

 

3) Purchase a subscription by post

To purchase a subscription by post, please send the appropriate form or your written request, together with a cheque or payment details for the appropriate amount, to:

Order Processing

We will check your order including whether payment for the order has been successful and whether we can meet your subscription order. We will then confirm acceptance of your order at which point your order will become binding and shall conclude a contract between you and us for the purchase of the subscription.

Where we are unable to meet your order for any reason, we will aim to advise you when we expect the subscription to become available and you will be given the opportunity to proceed with your order or an alternative order or receive a refund. If you want to proceed with the order regardless if there will be a delay in delivery, we will confirm acceptance of your order.

After completing the order, we will be under a legal duty to supply you with the subscription which is in conformity with your order.

Where a subscription order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email (where possible) and shall subsequently deliver the subscription in accordance with the Delivery section below. If we do not have your email address, we will provide written confirmation of the subscription purchase. This is your order confirmation.

 

Price and payment

All prices are correct at the time they are given.  Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already paid. If we change the subscription price, this will not affect your current subscription but the altered price will apply upon its renewal.

There are different payment options available to you when purchasing a subscription.

When making a purchase, you can either pay via:

  • Credit or Debit Card through our secure third party payment gateway.
    All Credit/Debit Card purchases are subject to validation checks (which you consent to) and authorisation by the card issuer.
  • Direct Debit. If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit, you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

When you pay using Direct Debit, it is on a continuous basis, meaning that your subscription will automatically renew, without notification, for the same subscription period as the initial subscription period. All payments will be taken in Pound Sterling.

Special introductory offer Direct Debit subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of the offer term unless cancelled. Payment after the special offer period will be taken for the regular subscription term price.

You may cancel your Direct Debit subscription at any time, with such cancellation to take effect at the end of the minimum subscription period.

Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. Direct Debit subscriptions are only available in the UK.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, you will receive notification in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by us or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.

If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when you are asked to.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

 

Delivery

Free delivery in the UK and Eire.

The first delivery of your subscription may take up to six weeks to be delivered, with the next and following issues being delivered at the normal frequency for that magazine.

If a free gift is included with the subscription purchased, delivery will be within twenty-eight days and sent separately.

We endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, but we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address stated in the order and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery.

 

Special Offers

Special offers cover a specific term and period e.g. 3 issues for £9.99 if ordered by Direct Debit (UK only). We reserve the right to limit the number of ‘offer’ subscriptions taken up consecutively if subscriptions are cancelled during the special offer period.

Special introductory offer Direct Debit subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of the offer term unless cancelled. Payment after the special offer period will be taken for the regular subscription term price.

If the subscription that you purchased includes a free gift, allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Any free gifts offered when you purchase a subscription are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to substitute the gift advertised for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require, unless otherwise stated on the advertising.

Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.

 

Cancellation, Returns and Money Back Guarantee – Subscriptions

Your subscription is protected by our Money Back Guarantee.
If you change your mind or for any other reason decide you do not want to subscribe to one of our magazines, you may cancel your order at any time before your first issue of your current subscription is dispatched and up to fourteen days after the day you receive the first issue of the current subscription. You may also receive a refund in respect of the first delivered issue of the subscription where you have received such issue before you have exercised your right to cancel in accordance with the fourteen day cooling off period. You will of course also be refunded in respect of any subsequent issues of the subscription already paid for.

You must return all cancelled subscription issues that you have received to us with the original packaging unopened within fourteen days of cancellation, and at your own cost and risk. If you have received a free gift with this subscription, this must also be returned unopened along with the publication. Returned issues must include order details, i.e. name, address and order number, in the package and should be sent to the address noted at the end of these terms and conditions.

If, for any reason you’re not satisfied you may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a partial refund for any un-mailed issues within 30 days.

Please note that we do not accept returns for opened mailed out subscription copies.

We will process any refund due to you as soon as reasonably practicable. We will refund the price of any un-mailed issues of the subscription that you have already paid for in full. Where you cancel a contract within the fourteen-day cooling off period and also require a refund of the first issue of the subscription we will refund the cost of that issue of the subscription in full.  However, we will not refund your cost of returning the issue to us.

Credit/Debit Card payments: We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Direct Debit payments: We will refund any money from you via a cheque.

To cancel a subscription, you must inform us:

  • in writing, by emailing us at redan@subscriptionhelpline.co.uk giving us your name, address and order reference.
  • by telephone by calling us on +44 (0)1293 312210, giving us your name, address and order reference.

To return the print issues subscription (if applicable, see above), you should package the parcel securely, making sure you include a note of your name and address, and then return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail to the following address:

We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the subscription (and any free gift) (if either are applicable) to us.

 

Faulty Subscriptions

If any publication is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we may offer an exchange or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.  If you believe a publication was delivered damaged or faulty, you must promptly inform us in writing by emailing redan@subscriptionhelpline.co.uk, giving us your name, address and order number.

 

Privacy Information

When you purchase a subscription, whether from the website, over the telephone or in writing, you will need to provide us with certain personal information to enable us to process your order.

Any personal information which you provide to us when you register with the website or purchase a subscription must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use when purchasing subscriptions. You will notify us immediately of any changes to any personal information supplied to us.

To enable subscription payments, we work with Intermedia Brand Marketing who collect and store billing and credit card information. This information is used to perform billing and for their internal business purposes. Examples of these uses include fulfilling orders and processing card payments. Your personal information which passed through Intermedia Brand Marketing is governed by their privacy policy which we will make available to you.

Age of consent

Although you may be able to register as a user of our website if you are under 16, please note that we do not sell subscriptions to under 16s. All subscriptions must be purchased by an adult of 16 or over using their own account details.

By submitting an order, you are confirming to us that you are 16 or over.

If we discover or are of the opinion that you are not legally entitled to order a subscription, we shall be entitled to cancel the order without notice to you.

 

General

Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you agree that any dispute between us regarding them or the website will only be dealt with by the English courts, provided that, if you are a consumer and not a business user and live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will govern and any dispute will only be dealt with by the courts there.  Nothing shall prevent us from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.

If any part of provision of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. We may assign these terms and conditions or any rights hereunder without your consent or notice.

These terms and conditions supersede any previous versions.

 

Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, under English law, be limited or excluded.

Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses and any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any contract shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant subscriptions and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

We shall not be obliged to perform our obligations under this agreement to the extent that we are prevented, hindered or delayed by reason of ‘Force Majeure’ which shall mean any cause or event beyond our reasonable control and including: war, civil war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage; compliance with any law or governmental order, strikes, or other industrial disputes, accidents, explosions, breakdowns of plant or machinery, failure of transport links, failure of telecoms links, unavailability of the internet or any utility, fire, flood, storm or adverse weather conditions, epidemic or pandemic, acts of God or failure to perform by our suppliers or sub-contractors.

Our liability to you arising under or in connection with these subscription terms or arising from or in connection with any breach or non-performance of these subscription terms no matter how fundamental (including by reason of our negligence) in contract, tort or otherwise in relation to any issue shall be limited to the fees you have paid to us for that issue
